We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Issues or Defects

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at allgivenbrand@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review your case and do our best to resolve any issues caused by manufacturing errors or shipping mishandling.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please reach out directly to the carrier or email us — we may be able to help file a claim.
